Newgrange, Knowth and Dowth

 Sacred Portals and Ancestral Alignment

I first felt my calling to the land at the ancient passage-tombs of Newgrange, Knowth, and Dowth. These sites invited me to listen to the stones, the land-bound spirits, and unseen realms, guiding soul threads, spirit-animals, and elemental beings toward the light.

Newgrange – Gateway of Light (Sun)

Newgrange radiates ancient, resonant, protective energy, aligned with the winter solstice sunrise, illuminating its inner chamber as a symbol of rebirth, renewal, and cosmic connection.

Knowth – Lunar Connection

Knowth follows lunar rhythms, aligned with moonrise and moonset extremes. Its carvings speak of cycles, tides, and reflection, supporting transition and introspection.

Dowth – The Underworld Gate

Dowth embodies earth, darkness, and the hidden realm, offering ceremonial space for guiding lost or wandering souls safely between worlds.

Opening the Golden Portals

During this journey, I opened four golden portals, aligned with North, South, East, and West. Each portal formed a golden tunnel for 24 hours, allowing beings safe passage into sacred light.

As the portals closed, gratitude was offered to the land, the stones, and the ancestral guardians. This sacred exchange restored balance and renewed the flow between worlds.
